Key Responsibilities:
- Model and document best practices in health information management, appointment scheduling, and insurance processing for AI training.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on medical terminology, office protocols, and patient data workflows.
- Collaborate closely with AI development teams, providing practical insights and actionable feedback from a medical administrative perspective.
- Review and validate AI outputs, ensuring accurate representation of medical administrative tasks.
- Create authentic written and verbal examples of medical office communications to enhance AI language models.
- Assist in developing rich datasets that reflect real-world medical administrative scenarios and challenges.
- Identify knowledge gaps within AI systems and recommend effective solutions for continuous data and process improvement.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Medical Secretary, Medical Administrative Assistant, or equivalent healthcare administrative role.
- Deep knowledge of health information handling, appointment systems, and insurance processing protocols.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational abilities and experience managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Comfort with technology and openness to engaging with AI-driven platforms and tools.
- Ability to translate complex administrative processes into clear and concise documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience training or mentoring others in medical office settings.
- Exposure to healthcare AI, data annotation, or related technology-driven projects.
- Advanced certifications in medical office administration or health information management.
