We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with experience in Python and React, to join one of our client's team from the health industry. This role calls for a skilled engineer with a strong focus on backend development using Python, who is also competent in handling full-stack responsibilities, mainly with React in the frontend.
About the role
- Join a team that is scaling up a new product in the Dental/Orthodontic space.
- Work closely with a Product Mgr, Tech Lead, and Designer to build features in a React application.
- Build and deliver features across stack (from backend Python to frontend JSX/TSX & CSS).
- Participate in daily standups, backlog grooming, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Work independently on projects and help fill in gaps when requirements are ambiguous.
- Proactively reaching out for help, clarity, ideation, and risk surfacing.
Required skills and experience
- 4+ years of experience working professionally in development.
- Proficient in Python
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience working in a Full Stack framework like Django or Flask.
- Experience working in a frontend framework like React or Angular.
- Comfortable working with a CSS framework like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
- Exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
- Exposure to Docker and Docker Compose is a plus.
