We’re seeking a highly creative and AI-driven Creative Specialist to join a luxury brand in the jewelry and high-end lifestyle sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, generative design, and luxury aesthetics — especially someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves shaping how premium brands show up online.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and brand teams to ideate, design, and deliver visually stunning, AI-powered content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and paid media channels. The role requires a sharp eye for detail, mastery of AI design tools (particularly Midjourney), and a strong sense of how to translate luxury craftsmanship into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities
-Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, etc.) to create innovative, platform-native imagery that reflects the sophistication of a luxury jewelry brand.
-Produce high-quality product visuals, lifestyle imagery, and editorial-style storytelling that elevate brand positioning.
-Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to refine prompts, iterate on outputs, and ensure final visuals are on-brand.
-Develop content strategies tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and paid media with a strong focus on visual impact and storytelling.
-Generate engaging multimedia assets (images, short-form video concepts, moodboards) for both organic and paid campaigns.
-Ensure consistency in luxury branding, visual tone, and quality across all digital touchpoints.
-Analyze performance of visual content and refine creative strategies based on engagement and conversion insights.

Basic Qualifications
-4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual content creation, or digital branding.
-Strong portfolio showcasing high-end visual storytelling, luxury/fashion content, and AI-generated imagery.
-Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney is a must; Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or similar are a plus).
-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to refine and polish AI outputs.
-Excellent understanding of luxury branding aesthetics, color theory, composition, and digital design trends.
-Strong attention to detail, visual taste, and ability to craft assets that resonate with premium audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience working in luxury, fashion, or high-end consumer brands.
-Ability to craft and optimize AI prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality design results.
-Familiarity with social media trends and how Gen Z and Millennials consume visual content.
-Comfort with multi-channel design (paid ads, landing pages, email, organic social).
-Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple creative priorities in a fast-growth, startup-style environment.
