About the role
As our sole Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our users and market demands. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams from ideation to product launch, leveraging market insights to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
This is a hybrid role in our downtown Austin,Texas office.
What You’ll Do
- Wear a variety of hats as we launch and scale a new offering with a combination of technology and operational excellence
- Conduct both user and market research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends
- Translate market insights into actionable product concepts and ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed product requirements and operational procedures, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Drive the execution of product development initiatives, collaborating with the engineering team in the prototyping, development, and launch processes
- Create and refine internal processes and third party collaborations to address facility issues quickly and efficiently
- Advocate for users’ needs at every step
- Develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate ProCure's offerings in the market
- Talk to customers and see if we’ve knocked their socks off or missed the mark; review analytics and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to guide what we do next
About You
- 3+ years experience in business consulting
- Strong interest in product management, with a track record of leading successful business and operational initiatives
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Deep understanding of and appreciation for great customer experiences
- Willingness and eagerness to take a hands-on approach to finding elegant solutions to complex product challenges
- Understanding of market and industry trends
- Self-starter who has proven their ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in rapidly changing environments
- Strong accountability, work ethic, and sense of urgency
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
