Right now we're building our awesome Product Support Team and seeking a problem solving freak to join our team at Saleor Commerce as a Product Support Engineer. What can you expect on daily basis:

- Provide technical support to customers via various channels, including GitHub, Slack.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and product management, to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates on issue resolution progress and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to Magento and headless commerce.
- Making customers happy and educated.

What makes you a perfect match with us:

    • You don’t need to know Saleor but you need to have senior experience with Magento, CommerceTools or other (you name it), and headless projects in general (CMS).
    • You have a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
    • Prior experience working with Magento, including customization, extension development, and troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and its implementation in real-world scenarios.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
