Insurance-related administrative hassles for prescription drugs result in worse outcomes for patients, delayed therapy, and over $100B of administrative waste for the US healthcare system. Medical providers are forced to manage these workflows on stone-age technology (fax, calls, and snail-mail) making it impossible for them to get ahead.
We’ve built a software platform to help practices streamline these administrative workflows and a marketplace business model that has grown to serve over 2 million patients (and growing rapidly). As a top VC-funded company, we’re building a team to help us scale so that every patient gets access to the right treatment, period.
Role Overview
As an Onboarding Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of in-flight implementations from Kick-off to Go-Live, until transition to Customer Success. You will focus on user adoption of the platform through specific training and driving resolution of PAs with internal and external teams.
The ideal candidate should be task-oriented, organized, and self-motivated to do their best work.
Responsibilities
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, reporting to the Senior Manager, Onboarding.
- Efficiently manage implementation and onboarding of new medical practices to maximize product adoption
- Own the day-to-day management of a select portfolio of medical practice accounts, understanding when to escalate as issues/concerns arise.
- Comprehensively understand product platform build and integration capabilities. Become a product SME.
- Work collaboratively with the operations, product, engineering, sales, and growth teams to optimize customer engagement and positively impact customer experience.
- Present to practice executives and leadership in an optimistic, engaging and professional manner.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Individual Contributor in a similar implementation or consulting role. 1+ years must have been in a healthcare/health-tech setting.
- Startup and SaaS experience strongly preferred - we move FAST

- Empathetic and energetic when interacting with customers, both in-person and via phone/remote
- Analytical and detail-oriented, and comfortable using BI tools

$75,000 - $90,000 a year
Base Salary range: $75-90K, commensurate with skills/experience
