As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for leveraging the full capabilities of HubSpot across the Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub. You will play a critical role in designing and maintaining advance automation workflows, streamlining lead-to-customer journeys, and ensuring data integrity and operational excellence across the CRM ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

    • Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows across multiple hubs to support marketing campaigns, sales processes, and customer success journeys
    • Maintain and improve HubSpot database health, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle stages
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out customer journeys and build automated touch points
    • Manage custom properties, reports, dashboards, and ensure data integrity across systems
    • Support the Sales and Customer Success teams with automation tools that improve efficiency and visibility
    • Identify and implement new ways to use HubSpot’s Service Hub and Operations Hub to enhance support ticketing, knowledge bases, and internal processes
    • Develop and enforce best practices for HubSpot usage, governance, and change management
    • Conduct training sessions and documentation for internal teams.

What You Bring:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot, specifically in automation and complex workflow development
    • Deep knowledge of HubSpot’s Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
    • Strong experience integrating HubSpot with other SaaS tools (e.g., customer success platforms, data sync tools, etc.)
    • Experience working in a SaaS environment, ideally supporting B2B customer lifecycles
    • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong advantage
    • Based in LATAM, with availability during EST working hours
