Working directly with the CFO, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis efforts of Scalapay. This role will work closely with the finance and accounting teams, as well as other departments, to develop and maintain financial models, conduct analysis, and provide insight and recommendations to support business decision making.
You will: 
-Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis
-Conduct regular analysis of company financials and key performance indicators to identify trends and drivers of performance
-Provide insights and recommendations to the finance and accounting teams to support decision making
-Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets
-Work closely with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
-Lead ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to support the company's growth and strategic initiatives
-Manage and develop a team of FP&A analysts
Who we are looking for:
-Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field
-5+ years experience in FP&A, including either investment banking or management consulting
-Experience in M&A projects is a must
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficient in English
-Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is a plus
-Experience managing and developing a team is a plus.
