Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Sei's products
- Lead the decentralised financial ecosystem at Sei
- Set OKRs and KPIs to evaluate defi and Dapp performance
- Ensure a constant pipeline of high priority Dapps
- Lead new initiatives, campaigns and incentive programmes to expand Sei's defi ecosystem
- Support and groom Tier 1 and Tier 2 partnerships and projects
- Continuously cultivate partnerships with builders
Requirements
- Strong network in the DeFi industry
- 3-5 years of experience working in business development, ecosystem or partnerships
- Experience in web3, crypto, and DeFi is required - at least 2years of deep DeFi experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong DegenScore is preferred
