Position Summary: As a Junior Estimator at Shock IT and Network Drops, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, expanding our market presence, and securing new business opportunities in the field of Network Cabling. You will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building and managing the sales pipeline, and representing our company.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through outbound B2B sales efforts.
· Market Positioning: Contribute to building and strengthening our market position in the Network Cabling industry.
· Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, social media, and referrals.
· Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of immediate and long-term sales opportunities.
· Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, field presence and cold calling.
· Solution Development: Understand clients' business needs and develop customized technology proposals.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
· Basic understanding of Network Cabling.
· Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
· Self-motivated with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to continuously expand knowledge in Network Cabling.
· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
