The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Business Development to join our rapidly growing organization.  This role will focus primarily on closing larger, enterprise deals with health plans across the country. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of preventive care delivered at home in collaboration with our partners.

Responsibilities:

    • Source and manage a pipeline of health plan opportunities into high-value partnerships, owning the end-to-end deal process through closing
    • Build relationships with health plan executives to understand their organization’s needs and priorities
    • Develop presentation and proposal materials to support the sales process
    • Regularly represent Sprinter health at industry conferences and events
    • Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless handoff to implementation
    • Influence product strategy and roadmap based on insights from prospective and current partners

You'd be a great fit if you have:

    • 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
    • Direct experience selling to and developing long-term relationships with health plan executivesIndustry knowledge of managed care organizations, including
    • Quality and Risk Adjustment operations
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge
    • Ability to travel 25% - 50% for meetings and industry events

Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience selling In-Home Assessment or HEDIS/Stars gap closure solutions
