    • Develop and implement adoption strategies for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our products/services.
    • Build and monitor customer usage data and generate insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams to ensure optimal product use.
    • Work closely with sales, customer service, and technical teams to address client needs and enhance product adoption
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, collaborating with sales teams to execute these opportunities.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops required for customers, enhancing their understanding and engagement with our product.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and the competitors to build differentiation and value to our customers.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and strategies, ensuring accurate tracking of adoption metrics and sales outcomes.
    • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and usage trends to influence future product enhancements.
    • Address any issues or challenges that may affect the product adoption process.


    • 2+ years of relevant product adoption or customer success experience. It's important to have good exposure towards B2B product
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Exceptional eye for detail while understanding customers problems. Very good at documenting the user needs and wants.
    • Experience working with product, engineering and design to ensure customer adoption is achieved
    • Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
    • Display a clear sense of drive and focus. We like to see people who can start and see through things to completion.
    • Map a complex B2B product in your head, and can naturally develop basic wireframes for smaller customer problems
    • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
    • Lots of energy, positivity, and focus. We’re a tight knit team and we thrive off of collaborating and communicating well with each other.
