The Role
Sprinto is on the lookout for a talent enablement champion for the people team.This role will partner with the business teams of Sprinto to enable and strengthen the foundational pillar of our growth - talent. Since this is a business-facing role, the scope of the role will enhance as the business teams grow across geographies and the product diversifies, however, these are the key areas of contribution for the role

Responsibilities

    • People consulting: You will act as the functional consultant and your understanding of business, coupled with your subject matter expertise will help the business teams to make an informed decision to enable Sprinto’s growth and mitigate risks, if any.
    • Culture craftsmanship: You will nurture and amplify the Sprinto culture code in line with our core values and play a key role in creating consistent employee experience across teams.
    • Talent transformation: You will work with the business leaders to design an aspirational career path for all Sprinters to foster meaningful conversations at work focused on learning, growth and excellence. You will also play an active role in identifying disconnects, if any, early on and addressing them to set all Sprinters up for success.
    • Rewards optimisation: You will apply your expertise in organisational development, behavioural science and total rewards to design and implement revolutionary people practices to make Sprinto a best-in-class remote organisation and scale these practices to fuel Sprinto’s unparalleled growth.
    • Who you’d be working with - Important stakeholders
    • Internal stakeholders: Founding team, hiring team, sprinters - individual contributors and people managers
    • External stakeholders: Consultants, Vendors

Requirements

    • A keen interest in understanding the business
    • An obsession with delivering excellence for internal customers (employees), keeping your ear to the ground
    • Passion for building people practices from scratch
    • Previous exposure to total rewards practices in a global setup
    • Strong proficiency in organizational behaviour and organizational development
    • Comfort with high ambiguity, high-speed work culture
    • An eye for detail
