The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our APAC + MEA / EU sales team. In this hunting role, you’ll work alongside an SDR to build a strong pipeline, close deals, and contribute directly to Sprinto’s growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery to closure—selling into fast-growing SaaS companies.

What You’ll Do:

    • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage deals from discovery through close — including running tailored demos, navigating multiple stakeholders, and delivering value-based pitches.
    • Drive Pipeline & Process Excellence: Collaborate with SDRs to generate pipeline, maintain accurate CRM hygiene, and ensure strong forecasting and reporting.
    • Stay Sharp on Compliance & Buyer Needs: Deeply understand prospect pain points, track industry trends and competitors, and position Sprinto effectively within the compliance landscape.

What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: 3–6 years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 2 years in a quota-carrying, closing role.
    • Market & Tools Exposure: Experience selling to APAC and MEA/EU markets; familiar with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Sales Skills & Performance: Strong in communication, discovery, and negotiation, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
