The Role
We seek an Associate Product Manager to join our product team and assist them in evangelizing the product. As an Associate Product Manager, your duties will include evaluating consumer feedback on our products and designing solutions for various experience gaps. Problems in experience. You will analyze consumer behaviour and industry trends to keep our product competitive.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with the product design and development teams.
- Work closely with business teams and customers to identify product defects and design a functional solution to address the problems.
- Gathering product data, including any analytics, customer insights, and market trends to determine the improvements to product features.
- Documenting the product features and rollout plans.
- Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
- Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers.
- Take ownership of the development lifecycle of a product feature across the solution stage, design collaboration, development execution, documentation, and release planning.
- Create domain expertise quickly.
Requirements
- 1+ yrs experience working with SaaS-based products
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills and making recommendations based on data.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data from customers.
- Comfortable in interacting with multiple stakeholders including engineers, solutions experts, designers, and customers.
- The attitude of getting things done.
- Excellent communication skills.
