We would like to see someone that has:
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, technology-focused e-commerce marketplace
- Must have a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Self-starter who manages time wisely and can aggressively achieve personal and team goals and thresholds set by leadership
- Methodical and process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Inquisitive by nature with a strong bias for actively resolving complex issues
- Must be flexible and comfortable working through ambiguity with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
It would be great to see someone with:
- A passion for all things "live entertainment" from sports to concerts to theater!
- Experience working in live entertainment or an adjacent area is a plus!
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
In this Maps Operation Design role at viagogo / Stubhub, you’ll be:
- Be responsible for both the graphical design of venue-level seat maps as well as the underlying data that powers their interactivity. Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment is necessary to ensure strong site performance and customer experience.
- Researching and curating seat map references for both venue- and event-level seat maps
- Translating reference materials into complete and accurate section data
- Designing SVG seat maps and link to section data
- Maintaining accurate seller inventory section mappings
- Troubleshooting issues with seat maps and provide guidance to external teams
- Supporting ad hoc projects as the need arises
- Supporting continuous process refinement by participating in testing and brainstorming sessions
