In this role, we are looking for someone who is a strong communicator across multiple formats and has a passion for building a positive company culture. The Internal Communications Manager role is responsible for creating, developing, and delivering communication plans and employee engagement initiatives in the Global Customer Service organization. We aim to be recognized as the best and most trusted customer experience brand in the world! 

This is a Full-Time role which begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.  

What You'll Do

    • Plan, manage, and deliver communication projects for the business, handling multiple projects simultaneously to meet business deadlines. 
    • Use creativity throughout each stage, from concept to design, ensuring business satisfaction with the final output. 
    • Partner effectively with senior leadership, business units, HR representatives, and other stakeholders to develop communication and change management strategies and execution for the Global Customer Service organization. 
    • Work with the Leadership Team and key partners to understand and execute communication plans and organization-wide events including creating presentations for All Hands, People Leader meetings, TV Monitor displays. 
    • Manage a program of employee engagement activities with cross-functional teams. 
    • Proactively identify internal pain points and provide feedback and potential solutions through events, communications, or creative multimedia projects to inspire and motivate employees. 
    • Be the voice of the employee and customer, helping to bring cultural objectives to life. 
    • Provide insights and partners to create change management plans. 
    • Stay informed about industry trends, standards, and innovations, recommending new strategies and tactics.

    • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, synthesizing complex information into a clear, concise narrative. Ability to adapt communication style and information synthesis based on the audience. 
    • Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and provide effective leadership for issue resolution. 
    • Collaboration: Outstanding collaboration and partnership capabilities, skilled in conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiation. Experience collaborating with and coaching senior executives on communication and presentation skills. 

What You've Done

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience. 
    • 4+ years related professional experience in communications or multimedia communications. 
    • Proven experience with design and efficiency tools like MS PowerPoint, Forms, Word, Excel. 
    • Experience with video production, videography, production planning, execution and distribution of video assets is a plus. 
    • Experience in designing and setting up on-site video shoots and end-to-end video production preferred. 
    • Experience with design and efficiency tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere or Final Cut Pro, Canva preferred. 
    • Experience with large-scale contact centers, global operating environments, or eCommerce / Tech is preferred.
