As a People Experience Specialist at StubHub, you will design and implement a variety of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the daily work experience, fostering a vibrant company culture, and ensuring our team members are engaged, motivated, and connected.
This role will be based out of our Santa Monica, CA office and has a hybrid (3 in-person days per week) work scheduled.
What You'll Do
- Develop and ensure consistent experience for all our employees’ workplaces.
- Manage all operations activities that are required for events such as happy hours, employee events, companywide all hands meetings, offsites, strategy meetings.
- Assist in managing event logistics for engagement events such as Swag, Lunches, office snacks, anniversaries, etc.
- Develop and manage a holistic wellness program that includes fitness memberships, wellness challenges, stress management workshops, and access to mental health resources, ensuring our team feels supported in every aspect of their wellbeing.
- Create a dynamic recognition program that highlights individual and team achievements, leveraging both traditional and innovative rewards to celebrate our diverse and talented team.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee engagement, event management, or a related role, ideally within the entertainment or tech industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale events and programs that drive employee engagement and collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse workforce.
- Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for live events and entertainment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong service mentality.
- Ability to meet deadlines, have a sense of urgency, and able to deal with frequent interruptions, and adjust to changing priorities.
