StubHub is seeking a Project Manager for Imagery who will find the engaging content that makes StubHub’s website truly stand out. You will be responsible for running a pre-existing process to search for, edit, and upload a prioritized list of performer and venue imagery on both the StubHub and viagogo platforms.
This role will focus particularly on driving imagery coverage on our websites and the enhancement of existing images in our catalogue. It requires strong organizational skills as it involves maintaining quality imagery for thousands of artists, teams, and shows, as well as strong attention to detail and a photographic eye. As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing a team of outsourcers who will help find and retouch images according to an established imagery sourcing process and imagery quality guidelines.
This person will work within the Catalogue Team and work cross-functionally with product, supply, business operations, and event data management to drive a world-class ticket buying experience. As the role is located within the Catalogue Team, which is a business as opposed to a creative team, you will be primarily responsible for achieving business metrics related to increasing imagery coverage across the platform.
LOCATION:
This role will be based in New York, NY and will report into our catalogue metadata leader. This is a hybrid position. (3 days in office/2 days remote).
What You'll Do:
- Manage a team of 5+ people who are primarily responsible for adding new imagery to the StubHub platform
- Enhance StubHub’s event catalog by adding imagery directly onto the frontend website and maintaining the quality of our images
- Use photoshop to improve images that you find to meet our quality guidelines and to make users genuinely excited about upcoming events
- Validate the imagery that is sourced by our internal catalogue teammates, as well as outsourced teams throughout the world
- Negotiate the best deals possible with photo agencies, photographers, and other sources of imagery
- Enrich the catalog through research about venue and event information to make the catalog more attractive
- Work with product teams on enhancing tools to improve speed and efficiency that drive revenue
- Look for opportunities to improve internal processes that support both buyers and sellers
- Support other functions where necessary to deliver a great ticket buying and selling experience
What You've Done:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent (STEM preferred)
- 2+ years of business operations experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of AI-based image creation services such as Midjourney and DALL E a plus
- Experience using DAM (Digital Asset Management System) a plus
- Proven ability to work under tight deadline pressure with strong organizational skills
- Must have a strong interest in photo research and a keen eye for photographs, graphics and interactive technologies
- Be a passionate fan of all things live entertainment (concerts, festivals, musicals, plays, performing arts, sports)
- Flexibility, especially in a fast-changing environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player who is comfortable working with various departments
- Quick learner who is able to work independently

The anticipated gross salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
