As part of StubHub's global IT team locatedin our New York office, you'll be working with colleagues around the world to keep everyone working effectively. Whether you're responding to incidents or proactively working to build a better platform, your mission is to deliver an IT platform that empowers our end users, not one that gets in the way.

We actively encourage curiosity and questions regarding why things are done a certain way, and welcome recommendations on how they can be improved.

What You'll Do:

    • Serve as an escalation point within IT Support for StubHub teams, either in-person, through our technology support tools, or via our ticketing system
    • Support the transition from on-premises to Cloud (AWS and Azure) for a variety of corporate workloads
    • Assist with IT systems onboarding/offboarding, ensuring every new hire hits the ground running and promptly deactivating accounts of employees that leave the organization
    • Keep our endpoints updated (via Intune, Kandji, Azure Update Management and with Third Party Tools like Patch My PC)
    • Administer and enhance our productivity and collaboration tools such as Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Jira Cloud, Stack Overflow, Adobe, Confluence.
    • Continue to raise the bar in providing collaboration tools that allow our users to work more effectively
    • Improve IT Technology processes, eliminating waste and manual toil when possible
    • Work with the security team to keep our users and our infrastructure secure, diagnosing email phishing reports
    • Be part of the On-Call rotation to provide weekend-hours support (when needed)

What You've Done:

    • Think outside the box and improve processes via tools available to you (AI, Automation…) so that they are more efficient
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Ability to mentor junior members of the IT Team
    • 4+ years providing IT support to a company with multiple office branches
    • Systems Design and implementation experience. Ability to take a business need or problem, and provide a technology solution that solves it
    • Solid understanding of Active Directory (OUs, Permissions, GPO)
    • Solid understanding of Office365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
    • Experience administering A/V conferencing systems (Zoom), Slack, Stack Overflow and the Atlassian suite of products (Jira Service Mgmt, Confluence, Jira Cloud, Trello…)
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure AD, PIM, VMs, WVD…).
    • Experience deploying machines with automation tools (e.g., Autopilot)
    • Automation/Scripting experience, preferably using Windows PowerShell
    • Basic understanding of networking (subnets, VLANs…)
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

$120,000 - $140,000 a year

The anticipated gross salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
