Head of International Supply and Ticketing (StubHub, Inc., New York, NY)
Supervise country managers and large event managers to carry out day-to-day operations. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage business decisions utilizing their understanding of secondary ticketing across supply growth and management to control the work of reporting. Manage the dissemination of important information, local market insight, and critical seller policies globally. Lead global team off-sites and sign off on agendas for team presentations. Set policies for Supplier Management across the business to ensure high quality of supply. Oversee all new hires to the supply organization across all markets, setting standards and approving training guides. Create and implement new supplier acquisition strategies for all markets, advising the Head of Product on seller tool innovations required to maximize supply. Oversee the growth of exclusive Supply Deals and lead country managers in execution. Utilize unique Supply Chain knowledge across business functions to ensure best-in-class supplier management and seller policies. Maintain responsibility for succession planning, as well as organizational and talent development. Collaborate with technology partners and analytics teams to execute continuous improvement initiatives and develop long-term roadmap for full system integrations. Ensure that the supply engineering team creates and delivers the best-in-class supply tooling. Communicate with technical and non-technical stake holders including but not limited to the Chief Executive Officer. Recruit and maintain top talent within the supply team. Travel required up to 40% of the time to domestic and international client sites. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to StubHub, Inc. at 3 World Trade Center – 175 Greenwich Street, 59th Floor, New York, NY 10007. Salary: $175,0000 to $225,000 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Supply Chain Management or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Head of Supply, or related occupation/position/job title involving supply chain management.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept 7 years of professional experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Head of Supply, or related occupation/position/job title involving supply chain management.
Must also have experience in the following: 5 years of professional experience in supply chain and materials management, including operations management or commercial operations; 5 years of experience defining and monitoring supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the secondary ticketing industry by tracking growth in existing top seller accounts, setting sales targets, and adding new suppliers; 5 years of professional experience building and managing teams across a global footprint consisting of at least 9 employees; 5 years of professional experience participating in global supply chain deal negotiations, preparing the economics/groundwork of the deal and ensuring that the seller delivers on the deal; 5 years of professional experience synthesizing supply chain data to facilitate decision-making and identifying supply chain process improvement opportunities; 5 years of professional experience with participating in succession planning, as well as organizational and talent development; 5 years of professional experience effectively navigating global negotiations and achieving successful deal outcomes; and 5 years of global experience in the secondary ticketing industry, backed by deep expertise in varying local markets.
