StubHub is looking for a LATAM Supply Manager to join the team. This role will be responsible for driving new strategic partnerships across Latin America with a heavy focus on business development. This role requires a results-oriented sales professional with experience prospecting, negotiating, closing as well as nurturing of accounts. The role will be based in New York and will require travel in the LATAM region.

This position is a hybrid role, 2 days remote and 3 days in-office per week.

What You'll Do:

    • Develop and execute business development expansion within the Latin America region.   
    • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to identify new areas for expansion.  
    • Evaluate new opportunities, provide strategic direction, and secure buy-in from internal and external executives.
    • Exciting opportunity to develop and grow the business by building strong collaborative relationships focused on generating ticket sales and growing market share in a new territory
    • Work and collaborate with the Supply team cross functionally to develop new business opportunities to bring to market.   
    • Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation   
    • Willingness to travel to meetings, conferences, and other necessary events. 

What You've Done:

    • Bachelor's degree 
    • Fluency in Spanish (professional working proficiency)   
    • Minimum of two years of demonstrated success in a business development or account management role  
    • Oversaw a territory or had been a part of generating and converting leads in a new sales territory  
    • Experience working with both nurturing inbound accounts as well as prospecting outbound 
    • Deep understanding of the LATAM live events industry   
    • Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines  
    • Experience with building strategic partnerships, negotiation, and execution in a cross-function environment

The anticipated gross base annual salary range for this role is $78,650 – $91,350 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
