The Global Benefits Lead is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of all global benefits programs for our organization. You will be leading our team and collaborating with stakeholders globally to ensure our benefit programs align with our business strategy and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
This role will be based either out of our New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA, office and has a hybrid (3 in-person days per week) work schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement global benefits strategy, policies, and procedures that support our business goals and attract and retain top talent
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative and engaging benefit programs that differentiate us as an employer of choice
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to benefits programs
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop benefit programs that support their objectives and the needs of their teams
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure we are getting the best value for our benefits spend
- Manage and develop a global benefits analyst to support the delivery of our benefits programs
What You've Done:
- 10+ years of experience in global benefits design and management, with a deep understanding of benefit practices in EMEA and North America
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for benefits programs, including experience with LOA, ADA, and other compliance programs
- CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) and/or global certification preferred
- Experience administering 401k and managing global pension plans
- Strong vendor management experience, including experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

$160,000 - $205,000 a year
The anticipated gross base annual salary range for this role is $160,000 – $205,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
