The Workplace Experience & Facilities Operations Specialist will be responsible for elevating the office experience by delivering world-class hospitality and service. You will support workplace operations with a focus on employee safety and well-being, as well as coordinate people experience events. You will be the main source of information for all things StubHub and create enthusiasm around the office, amenities and enticing employee experiences and events that promote community and collaboration. You will have exceptional skills in customer service, be hospitality-focused and have strong attention to detail.
This is a full-time position working day shifts on weekdays. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be necessary to accommodate peak operational demands. This role will require working in-office 5 days per week to ensure cross functional collaboration. Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds at times.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for elevating the office experience by delivering world-class hospitality and service.
- Ensure office, common areas and conference/meeting rooms are clean, organized and operational.
- Monitor and replenish supplies in the kitchen, breakroom, and copier/workrooms.
- Oversee facilities requests work order system to ensure all tickets are assigned and resolved promptly.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with Landlord/Property Management and vendors.
- Manage parking administration: validations; assign parking, coordinate and oversee commuter programs, audit and review parking invoices.
- Plan and execute desk moves, space reconfigurations, and minor facilities projects as needed.
- Coordinate building janitorial services and maintenance requests.
- Monitor vendor performance, including ensuring performance standards are met and communicating with vendors.
- Coordinate local safety efforts and emergency plans, primary point of contact for building fire warden program, training and fire drills.
- Coordinate with property management for building and parking access.
- Review and process invoices, initiate Purchase Orders for services, monitor expenses.
- Ensure and maintain all vendors COI (Certificate of Insurance) with building property management office.
- Develop and ensure consistent experience for all our team members.
- Manage all operations and logistics that are required for events such as happy hours, team member events, companywide all hands meetings, offsites, strategy meetings.
- Updating and keeping company intranet current so team members have tools and resources needed.
- Assist with onboarding and facilities new hire orientation (safety briefing, office tour, etc.)
- Ensure new team member office space and equipment and supplies are set up.
What You've Done:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in office/facilities management or workplace services. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- A proven track record in developing and executing office experience strategies that drive engagement and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Ability to exercise good judgment with sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues.
- Ability to meet deadlines, have a sense of urgency, able to deal with frequent interruptions, and adjust to changing priorities.
- Strong service mentality, with a commitment to enabling and enhancing team member productivity and experience.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work weekends or after hours if necessary, regarding building emergencies, moving, inspection and renovation projects.
