What You'll Do:
- Conduct market analysis and research using Radford Compensation data to inform our compensation strategy.
- Perform job evaluations and match positions to Radford survey jobs to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to develop, revise, and implement compensation programs.
- Provide recommendations on pay grades and salary structures.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development of compensation policies and procedures.
- Provide expertise and guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding compensation information.
What You've Done:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably with experience in Radford Compensation data and job matching.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
The anticipated gross base annual salary range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
