This role will be based in our Santa Monica, CA, office and has a hybrid (3 in-person days per week) work schedule.

What You'll Do:

    • With the support of the VP of People and People Management, ensure efficient management of HR policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with business managers to address employee relations issues, performance issues, grievances and provide direction on next steps as needed.
    • Lead on employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, to support staff health and wellbeing
    • Manage and co-ordinate immigration with our business leaders and immigration lawyers
    • Maintain regulatory compliance related to day-to-day management of employees by partnering with HR management and in house employment counsel as needed/required.
    • Perform such other duties of a related nature as may be required from time to time as assigned by HR Management

What You've Done:

    • Well experienced in all aspects of California state employment law
    • Have a track record of strong business partnerships within a dynamic, fast paced and exciting environment
    • A strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership, experienced in a dynamic, fast paced and exciting environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and sustain collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
    • Have extensive experience in Human Resources and working cross-functionally with all areas of HR
    • Understand prioritization to meet business needs
    • Have the ability to effectively deal with change management initiatives
    • A self-starter with a creative mind and track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing the results
    • An engaging teammate with integrity, assertive with an ability to build trust

The anticipated gross base annual salary range for this role is $135,000 – $145,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
