THE ROLE:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at StubHub, you will be directly contributing to the success of the Customer Experience Department. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and will work with a team of Talent Partners to support the Customer Experience hiring needs. This position is responsible for executing recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality of candidates is identified to meet business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Execute and innovate effective recruitment strategies
•Source, Interview and make hiring recommendations
•Work with leaders in Talent Acquisition and Customer Experience to coordinate recruitment activities with company and departmental objectives and metrics in mind
•Understand the business and functions of the Customer Experience department
•Establish and maintain effective working relationships within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Leadership, and other StubHub employees

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•1+ years’ Talent Acquisition experience
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
•Proficiency with Microsoft/Office 365 products: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
