Sublime is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our owner’s capital project team that will lead the design, construction, and commissioning of our first commercial plant in Holyoke, MA. This key role will report to the Project Director and be a key resource for establishing, documenting, and managing the overall workflow of this project as well as establishing the execution platform of tools and processes for future projects. Role includes selection, procurement, and commissioning of a new PMIS. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who is capable of simultaneously driving a very fast paced project while building out the tools and processes for our Capital Project Platform establishing processes/best practices from scratch.
The ideal candidate is passionate about safety, data accuracy, efficient work processes, and stellar data organization and management. Will be a key resource for early commercial and technical interface with engineering firms, consultants, and construction contractors. As projects develop, document control and PMIS responsibilities will supported by additional staff reporting to the Project Engineer.

    • Engineering standards development
    • Engineering numbering systems
    • Construction technical support/RFI management

Requirements:

    • BS in Engineering
    • 6-8+ years’ experience
    • Ideally 2+ years experience working in the field
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and quality, without losing sight of the bigger picture
    • Excellent interpersonal skills required to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all team members
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Balance, perspective, and a good sense of humor
