Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for business development? TalentNeuron is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and acquiring new clients. At TalentNeuron, we revolve our operations around prioritizing the customer, cultivating diverse perspectives for innovation, and operating as a unified team with resilient perseverance.

What You Will Do:

    • Net-new Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-TalentNeuron companies across North America.
    • Relationship Building: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
    • Consultative Selling & Partnership Establishment: Convert viable prospects to active TalentNeuron clients, leading the full sales conversation and negotiation through to the transition of new clients to the account management team.

What You Will Bring:

    • Skills and Experience:
    • 5+ years of consultative sales experience, with a track record of overachievement on goals or quotas.
    • Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
    • Competitive nature. You're driven to be the best, challenging yourself by setting goals, delivering on them, and helping your teammates do the same.
    • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
