We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department. In this role, you will lead a team of two people & play a key part in maintaining the financial health of TalentNeuron through accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the organization.

What You Will Do:

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Month-end and Year-end Close: Execute month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process and contribute to financial forecasting to support business decision-making.
    • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
    • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity and adherence to accounting principles.
    • Expense Analysis: Analyze expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights to management.
    • Audit and Compliance: Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the finance department and implement best practices.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, answer inquiries, and provide financial insights.
    • Financial Documentation: Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

What You Will Bring!

    •  15 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of GAAP.
    • Experience working for a U.S. based company is required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CFA or progress toward CPA/CFA preferred.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
    • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
    • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
    • Exceptional leadership abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
