Talentneuron is seeking a dynamic and strategic FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and insights across our organization. As the FP&A Manager, you will collaborate with senior management and department heads to optimize financial performance, support decision-making, and fuel our growth. Leveraging your expertise in Netsuite and deep financial acumen, you will provide actionable insights that drive our success.

What you will do:

    • Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • Provide proactive insights for data-driven decision-making and growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial health and operational efficiency.
    • Develop financial models, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and evaluate opportunities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment and support strategic initiatives.
    • Utilize Netsuite expertise for accurate financial data analysis and process optimization.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulations.

What you will bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
    • Proven experience in FP&A management within a software products and services company.
    • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
    • Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems for financial data utilization.
    • Expertise in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
