Higher Base Pay:

Job Requirements:
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Comfortable working with pets.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience with a licensed agency or care facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility and exercise, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Offer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation to enhance their quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Tandem Care team.
$20 - $22 an hour
Caregivers with full availability (Mon-Fri 8AM - 6PM) are eligible for guaranteed hours after probationary period.
