Help shape our product’s vision, strategy, and features to delight our clients and caregivers and exceed their expectations. The Product Manager/Technical Product Owner will have a deep knowledge of our entire technology stack and be responsible for planning and delivering user stories while working closely with our internal operations, HR, finance departments, and external technology vendors.
·       Your expertise and knowledge in using various tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Kanban, Scrum, or Agile
·       Your deep knowledge of how systems are integrated to effectively interface with various vendors to manage the development
process effectively.
·       Your track record of complete ownership of how our technology stack enables the optimum delivery of our services
·       Your qualitative and quantitative product and operational data analysis will uncover insights to drive product strategy,
answering: What’s working? What’s not? Are we moving in the right direction?
·       The ability to produce clearly written and well-defined user stories with input from key users 
·       Your experience in working closely with development teams to scope and size user stories
·       Your experience in effectively participating/leading release planning and sprints 
·       Your ability to manage our product backlog 


·       Participating in the development of product roadmaps, gathering customer feedback, assessing the value of new features
and the functionality requested, customer interviews, journey lines, empathy maps, etc. 
·       Monitoring product performance, KPI’s and metrics 
·       Reporting product development and update progress to Executive Management Team regularly 
·       Gaining a deep understanding of the UX/EX of members, their family member(s), and caregivers and to identify and fill
product gaps and generate new ideas that will grow market share, improve user experience, and drive growth 
·       Understanding the competitive landscape to inform feature development and discover key partnership relationships 
·       Synthesizing metrics with qualitative customer feedback to improve the product and prioritize the product backlog
·       Assisting with other duties as assigned
·       4+ years of prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle, managing both the internal team and working
closely with outsourced technology vendors
·       A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
·       A proven project management track record. A project management certification (e.g., PMP) or Certified Product Owner would
be a plus
·       Built successful products and product teams from scratch before in startup environments (preferred)
·       A passion for healthcare and technology
·       Experience with Jira or similar Agile software development tools with an Agile certification being an advantage
·       Familiarity with API integration development, 3rd party support, web application framework and database concepts;
Exposure to AWS cloud design would be an advantage
·       A strong sense of sound design principles
·       Data-driven and analytically proficient: you understand how to use data to guide product decisions
·       Have a strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in product management
·       Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
·       Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·       Can work effectively with cross-functional teams
·       Have a pragmatic view of Product delivery
·       Ability to work US West Coast hours
·       Proven ability to manage remote teams
·       Proven track record of domain knowledge
