Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Account Executive to join our growing team at Techtrust,  a newly established staffing firm based in New York that offers contingency search services to our clients in the Fintech domain. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with clients, and delivering customized staffing solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients in the fintech industry through research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability

Manage and grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, identifying new opportunities, and cross-selling or upselling additional services

Collaborate with the recruitment team to communicate client requirements, provide feedback, and ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates

Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and client interactions in the Salesforce database

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of our services and showcase our success stories

Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our brand

Nice to Haves: Knowledge of the fintech industry, including current and emerging technologies, trends, and challenges

Experience supporting banking, finance/fintech customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree 

MUST have 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the staffing agency industry

3+ years supporting Information Technology customers & skillsets In-person customer relationship building experience 

Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Excel, other CRMs Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
