The Job
We are looking for talented, passionate and customer centric sales professionals who want to help build Tenderly’s revenue organization. We are focused on helping our customers maximize their investment in our platform as well as going after new markets to expand the adoption of Web3.
This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a sales team at an exciting high growth Web3 startup. We have hundreds of paying customers, thousands of happy users and are just getting started on our path to becoming the de facto development and infrastructure platform for Web3. Join us!

Responsibilities

    • Ownership of full sales cycle from lead to close.
    • Drive effective land and expand motion to increase adoption across the Tenderly platform and customer base.
    • Help educate customers on the value of the Tenderly platform throughout evaluation and adoption cycle.
    • Provide voice of customer feedback cross functionality internally to Customer Success and Product teams.
    • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting and consistent revenue delivery.
    • Manage all customer interactions inside salesforce.com

About You (Experience)

    • 3+ years in a remote first closing role selling to a technical audience.
    • Proven track record of performance working with developers through C-Level Executives.
    • Understands the PLG model and how to build a land and expand account plan.
    • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization.
    • Proven negotiation and closing skills (deal sizes $50K-$250K), as demonstrated by regularly exceeding sales quotas while selling to right-fit customers.
    • Interest in Web3, blockchain technology and the next generation of the internet.

Support in Life Changes

Parental leave for birth and adopting parents is fully covered in duration set accordingly to the country policy.
Four weeks of paid parental leave for non-birthing parents. Four weeks of paid time off after a baby has arrived (effective immediately), to help share the joys & responsibilities.


We encourage you to spend at least some part of onboarding in person with the team (a week or two should be sufficient) in SF Office.

Salary: US $100K-$120K ($200K-$240K OTE)
Europe $90K-$110K ($180K - $220K OTE)

Sales reps are paid out monthly commission (outlined in the OTE above), details of which will be shared on day 1 of employment
