We are looking for a new team member who will join the ChainX team.

Who are we?
We are part of the Tenderly team, and our main focus is to simplify the Web3 world by crafting top-notch services and experiences.
In essence, our focus lies in refining and enhancing our product, closely aligning with user needs through strong collaboration with the product team.

In Tenderly we are nurturing in-person momentum, so we are office first with a minimum of 4 days in the office. As so, you can expect one part of the process to be in person in our office.


About Us

Tenderly is on a mission to empower every developer, as well as teams and other blockchain companies to utilize blockchain technology. To us, blockchain represents the future of software, driven by open collaboration and compounding innovation. We strive to enable as many developers as possible to enter the blockchain industry and build groundbreaking products.
We built Tenderly as an all-in-one Web3 developer platform that combines debugging tools with observability and infrastructure building blocks. So far, we have helped numerous of developers and companies, work with the blockchain more efficiently. We're actively working with some of the blockchain space's biggest names and have recently raised our $40M Series B led by Spark Capital!
We are a team of 70+ team members and our offices are in Belgrade (Serbia) & San Francisco (California).

Tech Stack

Tenderly is running as a cloud-based monitoring platform, so most of our technology choices were made to play well together in this dynamic cloud environment.
The core technologies we use include:
- Golang
- React, JS and Typescript
- Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services as cloud providers.

Additionally, we use a variety of different supporting technologies depending on the use-case, such as: PostgreSQL, KafkaCassandra, and more.

About you and the job here

Responsibilities: 

- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to ensure the health, quality, resource planning, and technical strategy are aligned with the company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the product team and designers, translating design into implementation and identifying potential risks in the early design phase
- Ability to execute/code proficiently and be hands-on
- Organizing and leading FE team aligned to business needs
- Mentoring FE team members
- Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Ensuring that the software development meets quality and performance standards through testing and validation
- Coordinating collaboration with the product team in an efficient and valuable direction
- Making architectural decisions that align with the technical strategy, whether constructing solutions from the ground up or modifying existing ones
- Contribute to the code base
- Providing technical expertise to the team
- Taking support rotations and participating in incident management, defining and ensuring that follow-ups are clearly defined and executed
- Determining project goals, timeline, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project milestones
- Delegating tasks and tracking team performance
- Coordination of people in the development team
- Coordination of Front-End (FE) and Back-End (BE) collaboration
- Nurturing clear, transparent, and efficient team communication

Requirements:

- Proven deep technical experience paired with leading positions within teams
- Extended experience in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience in React
- Computer science background and fundamental understanding of its concepts
- Experience and knowledge of system design and architecture
- Highly skilled in creating comprehensive design documents
- Recognizes system scalability, extensibility, and potential risks, considering these factors in decision-making
- Capacity for forward-looking and future-proofing the product
- Ability to recognize early on architecture challenges early on and to redirect the solution
- Preparedness to lead the whole FE domain and align it to business priorities
