We are looking for a passionate, tech-savvy, customer-oriented individual to join our small but highly skilled team. You will work directly with our existing and prospective clients to deliver exceptional user experiences. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our engineering team to debug, troubleshoot, and suggest enhancements to our codebase.

You will work on various questions coming from multiple channels and ranging from simple requests to complex log analysis and integrations debugging (fun fact: some of our team members also code internal tools and push bug fixes to production :yaaay:)

Our team is also actively engaged in onboarding clients and guiding them through the technical evaluation of Tenderly, so we anticipate that you will excel in communication while providing tailored support and ensuring that our clients feel valued and (sincerely) understood throughout this journey.

You should have (or be able to quickly adapt) deep technical knowledge and understanding of blockchain technologies, as well as the ability to resolve issues on the network, compute, and storage layers.

We are a startup in a fast-paced environment, so we expect you to be a self-driven person, eager to learn and have a collaborative teamwork spirit

Basic scripting in one or more programming languages ( Go, Python, Javascript…)

Previous exposure to HTTP, REST

Familiarity with JSON RPC

Experience with Web3 (nice to have)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
