We are a team of 70+ team members and our offices are in Belgrade (Serbia) & San Francisco (California).
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a central data repository for analytics by combining multiple data sources using different schemas. [Databases (Postgresql, ClickHouse, Prometheus), APIs (Stripe, Salesforce, etc), and manual reports (financial, budgets, forecasts, etc.)]
- Build and support scalable and reliable data pipelines that can enable self-service reporting and advanced analytics using open source technologies. [Airbyte, dbt, Airflow]
- Maintain a stringent focus on data accuracy and correctness, particularly in business and user engagement data, to uphold data integrity and reliability
- Collaborate with engineers, product, sales and leadership to understand data needs, representing key data insights visually in a meaningful way
- Conduct data visualization to effectively communicate findings and present insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with data, systems or tools in a business setting
- Ability to write complex, efficient and maintainable SQL queries
- Familiarity with Python
- Familiarity with the Modern Data Stack components and relevant technologies.
- Bias toward action; comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to New Technologies: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new data tools and techniques as they emerge
- Project Management Skills: Basic project management skills to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English - both written and verbal.

Company equipment - Standard equipment includes a MacBook laptop, Dell monitor, and a keyboard and mouse of your choice.
