About Termius
Termius is a Modern SSH Client that redefines how engineers interact with remote systems. Millions of engineers and thousands of companies rely on Termius worldwide.

While AI has transformed modern IDEs, a terminal stays the same inefficient technology since the 1970s. As a leading cross-platform SSH client, our mission is to boost productivity and foster collaboration by rebuilding the Terminal for the modern era.

We are actively growing and seeking a senior engineering leader who will take full ownership of product quality across our delivery lifecycle and ensure our customers enjoys a reliable product. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, design, and product to shape a culture where quality is built-in.

Why Join Termius

    • Your contributions will directly influence the experience of millions of engineers and shape the future of system management tools.
    • The speed and quality of decision-making depend on the accessibility of information. We aim for full transparency in all our actions.
    • We share and ask for the candid feedback needed to become great.
    • We build for system engineers and aim to make complex things feel simple and visually appealing.
    • Be part of a culture that values proactiveness, a fail-fast-learn-fast approach, and a strong sense of ownership.

What you will do

    • Define and lead the quality vision across engineering — including testing strategies, tooling, observability, and release confidence
    • Coach engineers on improving test coverage, isolating edge cases, and building better safety nets
    • Help QA engineers contribute earlier in the dev cycle
    • Analyze and fix root causes of quality and security issues — whether it’s brittle tests, poor DX, or gaps in observability
    • Introduce and maintain quality metrics

Your day might look like

    • Reviewing RC builds and advising engineers on high-risk areas for targeted testing
    • Reviewing user requests in a support system to identify recurring pain points
    • Reviewing QA checklists and automated tests in Pull Requests
    • Joining a team’s stand-up to help debug a flaky test or brainstorm how to validate a tricky edge case
    • Running retros or incident reviews, and following up on action items
    • Helping an engineering team design better test plans and pre-release safety nets
    • Maintaining a test management system, actualize test plans and test cases

What do we offer

    • A full-time position and longevity benefits: paid vacation, sick leaves, and flexible time off.
    • A relocation support.
    • Comprehensive support for remote employees, including equipment and professional development resources.
