What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the employer branding strategy to attract top talent, including the creation of compelling employee value propositions.
- Manage and curate a positive and authentic employer brand image across various channels, including social media, career websites, etc.
- Implement internal and external communication plans that align with the company’s values and purpose.
- Organize and oversee internal events and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Create and distribute content, including press releases, blog posts, and video content.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives to drive CyberCare culture;
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of communication and event colleagues, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them excel in their roles
What We Expect From You
- 2+ years of experience working in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field
- Confidence in sharing stories with media and rock-solid knowledge of social media channels;
- Experience in executing employer branding strategy and campaigns;
- Experience in organizing internal events and initiatives.
- Proactivity and problem-solving approach;
- Time planning skills and setting priorities to make things happen in a fast-paced environment;
- Sense of ownership and commitment;
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing.
