We are currently hiring on behalf of our esteemed client for the position of E-commerce Sales Manager.

Position Overview:

    • We’re looking for a proactive and strategic E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead our online marketplace presence. This individual will be responsible for onboarding our products onto major third-party e-commerce platforms, managing digital inventory, executing promotions, and driving online sales growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically savvy, and excited to help build a brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of our products to major e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to: Walmart.com, Target.com, Chewy.com, PetSmart.com, Petco.com, etc.
    • Upload and optimize product listings, images, videos, titles, descriptions, and metadata across platforms.
    • Monitor and maintain product inventory across all marketplaces to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
    • Work cross-functionally to align product listings and promotions with marketing campaigns and seasonal opportunities.
    • Run and manage promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns on e-commerce channels to drive traffic and increase sales.
    • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, conversion metrics, and promotional effectiveness.
    • Ensure accurate order flow and coordinate with fulfillment partners to resolve issues quickly.
    • Stay current on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Chewy Vendor Portal, etc.)
    • Strong knowledge of product onboarding and catalog management across multiple online retailers
    • Experience running promotions and campaigns on third-party platforms
    • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Passion for pets and startup culture is a plus
