About The Role

We are looking for a curious, driven, organized Social Media Moderator who will thrive in a nurturing environment with a team that is as interested in your growth and success as you are. You will have the opportunity to communicate as Thesis through multiple channels including IG, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

How You'll Make an Impact:

    • Support communication and engagement efforts with our followers/customers and drive the brand voice across key social media channels (IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.): we aim to engage, educate, and empower
    • Actively engage and motivate customers to engage in the communities through discussions, user-generated content, product testimonials, etc
    • Gain deep knowledge of our brand, mission, and products to personify our brand across social media
    • Work cross-functionally with various teams including Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, and Operations on managing customer inquiries
    • Identify and escalate broader issues/trends/spikes in volume related to a given topic as well as any potential sensitive issues for the brand: Summarize situations and deliver possible solutions for the cross-functional team to weigh in on

We're Excited About Your:

    • 1 year of social media experience
    • 1 year of customer support experience
    • Strong passion for social media and demonstrated knowledge of current trends
    • Prior experience in a remote-work role
    • Copywriting experience is a plus!
