Thrilling is the first dedicated e-commerce marketplace for secondhand apparel stores. We currently have over 600 stores in more than 200 cities, and are rapidly expanding. Over the past year, our store count has grown 5x and revenue 20x.

We are looking for a hungry, experienced self-starter to build a CRM function in house.

What you will do:

    • This is a pivotal role with end-to-end campaign strategy and delivery; from ideation, capturing campaign requirements through to planning, developing, QA’ing and deployment. 
    • Strategy: Identify and develop triggered email and SMS campaigns concept to drive prospect and existing customers conversion.
    • Creative partnership: Work with a creative team to develop campaign assets.
    • Execution: Manage end-to-end campaign build and launch process, including campaign set-up, template coding, Q&A, deployment and analysis.
    • A/B testing: Develop and manage A/B testing roadmap.
    • Oversee/enhance CRM tech stack.
    • Manage email lists and deliverability.
    • Partner with the Content and Merchandising team on the marketing calendar. 

Experience you bring to the team:

    • Hands on CRM Operations experience: - Built and deployed emails (required). -HTML & CSS expertise.
    • Owned and played active role in email ideation, creative development, coding, deployment process end-to-end.
    • Managed mailable lists and oversaw deliverability.
    • Experience working in a CRM role in a high energy online environment.
    • Other experiences (good to have): - Website management. - Product marketing.
