As Tive's Salesforce administrator (SA), you will be responsible for enabling key departments to drive functionality and efficiencies. The SA is an integral part of the operations team, responsible for building solutions that support business requirements and processes. This role ensures that software applications meet team needs and keeps pace with changes in operations, policies and/or procedures. The SA participates in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

    • 5-8 years of combined experience in Enablement and 2+ years working with
    • Insight into sales cycles, customer Life Cycles and essential selling skills/ In-depth understanding of sales processes and challenges commonly faced in the Mid-Market/Enterprise sales cycle.
    • A working knowledge of leading Sales Methodology (Force, MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger)
    • In depth knowledge of Salesforce products, their functionalities and the CRM as well as proven abilities in importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
    • Exceptional organizational, coordination, planning and project/program management skills
    • Strong writing abilities to present project updates to executive teams
    • Self-direction and resourcefulness skills
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • The ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
    • A proven track record working independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects

What you'll be doing:

    • Managing Salesforce data integrity
    • Managing analytics within SFDC and Einstein
    • Supporting, training and enabling sales and the ordering process in the Salesforce environment
    • Assisting with SFDC sandbox refreshes
    • Working independently and collaboratively within the business operations team and with other departments
    • Promoting, training, organizing and supporting Salesforce utilization and enablement at Tive
    • Other tasks related to Salesforce and team requirements as needed
