Tive exists to solve the real time visibility challenges related to one of the world’s largest and most complex networks: global logistics and supply chain. You will analyse sales revenue & productivity metrics including in-depth quantitative analysis of key Tive metrics.  This job is about communicating insights to the business and shaping the data. Essentially you will be the storyteller…presenting content to Tive’s leadership in a manner that highlights what’s important, arranges it for clarity and leads them through it in the sequence that tells the story best
 
In this role you will be an individual contributor, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations & Enablement. You will work cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, Product and other Revenue Operations team members to deliver impactful narratives to a senior audience. 

Responsibilities

    • GTM reporting: establish reliable recurrent and ad hoc reporting in the most efficient way
    • Own the design, management, and automation of weekly GTM Readiness Insight packs
    • Design and maintain Sales Rep, Sales Manager and Sales Leadership dynamic dashboards
    • Examine key business data by identifying, cleaning, and providing analysis and insights.
    • Validating data fidelity and creating data where none currently exists
    • Partner with Sales Leadership on business planning, strategy, and process improvement for their respective sales areas
    • Build intelligent Data Models that support the performance of future revenue 

Whats skills and qualifications do I need?

    • Proven experience as an analyst in B2B software (ideally SaaS), or a high-growth technology firm
    • Excellent chart & graph design practices
    • Experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL and Excel / G-sheet. You have a deep enthusiasm for analyzing data, and communicating insights to business partners
    • Data Visualization and experience in Tableau/Power BI reporting tools advantageous
    • Comfortable planning and managing your scope - ability to look ahead to meet regular deadlines and prevent last minute fire drills
