We are looking for an efficient Payroll and Commissions Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for all aspects of managing employee salary data, ensuring sales commissions are accurate and payments are made on time.
Payroll Administrator responsibilities include managing all aspects of payroll, and they must accomplish required tasks promptly.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Previous experience as a payroll/commissions specialist or in a similar role and in a fast paced environment.
    • Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll. 
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Love for automating processes via technology.
    • Great computational ability and attention to detail.
    • Excitement around navigating a hyper-growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
    • International expansion experience.
    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.

What You Will Be Doing:

    • Oversee employee paychecks
    • Calculate net salaries and commissions considering deductions and withholdings
    • Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
    • Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules
    • Answer employee questions concerning payroll
    • Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
    • Define commissions on basis of transaction analyses.
    • Analyze and assess accuracy of sales reporting.
    • Maintain accurate periodic records of commissions.
    • Evaluate commission guidelines periodically and suggest improvement measures.
    • Collaborate with sales team on managing deals and resolving commission-relate issues.
    • Assimilate, analyze and maintain records of sales and commission data through various sources.
