As a Managed Services Specialist at Tive, you will play a critical role in the larger ecosystem of IoT devices, software, and people that work to ensure shippers and 3rd party logistic providers (3PLs) can rest easy knowing their shipment is being monitored at all times.

Our ideal candidate will have:

    • 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role, 
    • Outstanding customer service skills,
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
    • The ability to effectively prioritize tasks whilst working in a fast-paced environment, and
    • A high school diploma or equivalent, however, a Bachelor’s degree would be even better.
    • In addition, they may have:
    • Previous experience working with truckers, dispatchers, carriers, and/or 3PLs, and
    • Fluency in English and/or Spanish.

What you’ll be doing:

    • You will actively monitor shipments on the Tive platform. 
    • You will address and resolve alerts triggered by Tive tracking devices.
    • You will engage with customers and transportation partners in a proactive and holistic manner.
    • With the four Tive core values in mind, you will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Need to know info:

    • Monitoring the logistics pipeline is a 24-7 operation, and thus you may be required to work outside the typical office working hours and days.
