Tive is looking for a People Ops Associate to join our team. You will get to work day to day with the people that make Tive, Tive.  In this role, you will be "the go to for all things people", fielding questions from our awesome employees and communicating with the brokers, providers and systems that keep Tive's employee programs running smoothly.

Our ideal candidate will have:

    • 3+ years experience working in a fast moving start up with a proven ability to thrive within a constantly changing environment
    • A track record of being exceedingly well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and self-sufficient
    • Stellar verbal and written skills
    • Experience working with HRIS systems, handling benefits for a US organization
    • A passion for building working relationships with people both face to face and remotely
    • A self-starter mentality who is proactive in identifying opportunities and/or gaps and taking ownership to drive solutions
    • A desire to be part of a new team and enjoy creating structure and building or improving processes
    • The ability to work at least 3 days per week in our Charlestown, MA office
    • A BS, BA, or equivalent work experience
    • HR training or certification, ideally, but not mandatory

What you'll be doing:

    • Ensure all people ops data is maintained accurately and efficiently, especially in regards to onboarding and benefits provision
    • Become a subject matter expert for our HRIS systems
    • Ensure that our people communications and documentations are current, complete, and compliant with applicable laws
    • Manage internal employee records and data including HRIS, employee files, etc.; ensure data integrity and perform periodic audits
    • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement and development of People Operations service across the business
    • Assist with other People Ops projects as needed

Need to know info

    • This is a salaried position eligible for Tive’s generous benefits and unlimited PTO policy.  You will be expected to work from our Charlestown, MA headquarters at least 3 days per week.
