Responsibilities:

    • Manage a high volume of incoming customer support requests via various channels, including mail, chat, and ticketing systems.
    • Identify, prioritize, and escalate customer issues related to the betting industry to relevant departments or senior team members.
    • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure the complete resolution of inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
    • Evaluate and analyze customer requests, handling needs, and complaints specific to the betting industry.
    • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation.
    • Follow standard processes, procedures, and regulations tailored to the betting industry.
    • Stay current with betting industry products, services, changes, and updates to deliver exceptional service and accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

    • Up to 1 year of customer care experience
    • Experience in the betting industry is required
    • Proficient in Turkish language
    • Experience in creating knowledge-base content related to betting products is a plus.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills tailored to the unique needs of betting customers.
    • Experience with Helpdesk is a must, nice to have experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Intercom
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and night shifts, as well as weekends, to align with the betting industry's operational demands.
    • Upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
    • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management.
    • Customer orientation and adaptability to respond to different types of characters within the betting community.
    • Ability to stay motivated in complex situations, emphasizing resilience and dedication to providing outstanding support within the betting industry.
    • Open to feedback and adaptable to company standards.
