About The Role
As an Software Engineering Lead at Topia, you will be instrumental in architecting the future of our innovative solutions, driving the company's growth and success. Responsibilities include:
• Deliver on business goals.
Lead team performance to achieve roadmap goals and support ongoing development
Own architectural concepts and transformational roadmaps for your team
Drive Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and ensure appropriate team resourcing
Foster growth through coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new team members
Collaborate with teams to prioritize and plan for meeting objectives and improving processes
Maintain current technical expertise and innovate with the latest industry trends
Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage escalated issues effectively


About You
Extensive experience with advanced programming in Java, SQL, OOP and BDD
Strong frameworks capabilities in Agile / Spotify with exposure to Scalable agile methodologies
Extensive experience of AWS and cloud native computing techniquesIn-depth knowledge of development techniques, design principles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
Proven experience in Scrum teams, product/project delivery, and stakeholder management
Strong technical leader with hands-on ability, focused on people development
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving skills, and extreme accountability and ownership

€55,000 - €75,000 a year

Base compensation ranges are intentionally broad to cover a variety of levels and locations. Position within the range will be determined by location, experience, and skill set. Our culture is one of open and honest communication so you can expect to have a conversation with a member of the People & Culture team about your compensation expectations early on in the recruiting process.

Employees at all levels and locations are also eligible to participate in our corporate bonus plan with an annual bonus target percentage and to receive stock options. These amounts are not included in the above listed base compensation range. Full and part-time employees based in the Estonia are entitled to the below benefits:
